For 38 years, SCR genetics have laid on the pounds for commercial producers and provided that outcross for purebred herds.
Our selection process includes linear measurements, ultrasound data for ribeye and marbling, some DNA testing, actual performance data for birth/weaning/yearling weights and ratios, and feedback from customers.
These factors help us craft the profitable beef animal that our customers NEED – in the cooler or on the range.
